Trade Mark Acceptance Advertised

Your application is almost there!

Acceptance of your trade mark application has now been advertised for opposition.

The opposition period is open for 2-months from the date of advertisement.

If a third party does not oppose the application within this 2-month window, the application will proceed to registration.

The Trade Mark Office will issue the Certificate of Registration within 1-2 weeks after the opposition period has expired. We'll forward the Certificate to as soon as it is received.
